The Advantage of the Hybrid Compensation Plan is its
Simplicity. The structure of the Team Commissions Binary
tree is very simple. Each Independent Business Owner
(IBO) has just two legs, a left leg and a right leg.
However, there are several intricacies that we will
explore to help you master and maximize the full value
of the compensation plan.
An important concept to understand is that as you
begin to sponsor IBOs into your business, you are actually
developing two different organizations simultaneously.
The Binary, with begins with you sponsoring two IBOs,
one in your left leg and one in your right leg. The
second organization is called a Unilevel and begins
with every IBO you personally sponsor, no matter where
they fall in the Binary tree. They are placed on your
first level in the unilevel. You are paid weekly on
both organizations.
How You Make Money
There are four main ways to earn money in Qivana's
Compensation Plan: Retail Commissions, Team Commissions
(binary), Executive Matching Bonus (Unilevel), and
Incentive Bonuses as outlined below.
