The Advantage of the Hybrid Compensation Plan is its Simplicity. Compensation begins with Team Commissions. Each Independent Business Owner (IBO) starts by developing two business teams. To complete your qualification process enroll two people like you who are interested in developing a business and then teach them to do the same, find two people. Maximizing the compensation plan is possible when you and your team continue to duplicate this simple process. This section details how to help each IBO enroll to ensure you both maximize the pay plan. All compensation is paid weekly* each Friday following the current pay period. You are paid next Friday for this periods commission.
The second key component is the Executive Matching Bonus. This bonus is earned when you continue to personally sponsor IBOs into your business, no matter where they fall in your group. Each qualified personally sponsored IBO is placed on your first level for the Executive Matching Bonus program. In effect you are earning commission two different ways simply by building your business.

How You Make Money -
There are four main ways to earn money in Qivana's Compensation Plan: Retail Commissions, Team Commissions, Executive Matching Bonus, and Incentive Bonuses. >>Click here to see a chart on how to advance in the compensation plan.
  *Pay period runs from midnight to midnight each Saturday. Commissions earned in a pay period are held for 10 days to allow for cancelations and returns.
